Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Officer to promote the university's academic programs, generate student admissions, and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and other relevant institutions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPromote university courses and programs to prospective students and parents.
- Conduct regular visits to schools, colleges, educational institutions, and counselling centres.
- Generate student enquiries and convert them into admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational consultants and institutional partners.
- Conduct and coordinate seminars, presentations, career guidance sessions, and admission drives.
- Explain courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures to students and parents.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp,



and personal meetings.
- Maintain records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and business development targets.
- Monitor competitor universities and local education market trends.
- Coordinate with the university's admission and counselling teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Submit regular reports on field visits, leads, conversions, and admissions.
- RequirementsAny Graduate; experience in education sales/admissions/business development is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable with field visits and travelling across Guntur and Tirupati.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
