1.0 Tender Search & Submission

- Searching and identifying relevant government and private tenders.
- Coordinating documentation, follow-up, and submission process.

2.0 Lead Generation Through B2B Platforms

- Searching and managing inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B portals.
- Responding to leads, sharing company profiles, and maintaining conversion data.

3.0 Customer Calling & Follow-Up

- Calling prospective customers for lead conversion.
- Following up on quotations, tenders, and technical requirements.
- Maintaining communication logs and customer database.

4.0 Social Media & Digital Presence Management

- Managing company pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Preparing and posting content related to products/services.
- Coordinating with digital marketing agencies if required.

5.0 Reporting & Coordination

- Preparing weekly/monthly reports on leads, calls, tenders, and social media performance.
