We are hiring a B.Tech graduate (Civil or Electrical/Electronics) with 1–2 years of experience as an Institute Instructor or Faculty for the role of Training Coordinator & Counselor. You will visit engineering and polytechnic colleges, deliver technical presentations, build partnerships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and counsel students on industrial skill development and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Institutional Tie-ups: Partner with college TPOs, HODs, and Deans to finalize training program agreements.
- Seminars & Technical Presentations: Conduct interactive seminars and technical workshops on college campuses.
- Student Counseling: Guide students through 1-on-1 and group counseling sessions regarding technical skills and industry demands.
- Lead Conversion: Convert student inquiries from campus visits into active training enrollments.
- Execution: Plan and manage college visit schedules, seminars, and training calendars.
Key Requirements:
- B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering OR Electrical / Electronics Engineering (EEE / EE / ECE).
- 1–2 years of experience working as an Instructor, Trainer, or Faculty in a technical training institute.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to college campuses across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and nearby regions.
- Ability to effectively connect with engineering students and college decision-makers.
