We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team.

? Location: Indore (Work From Office)

? Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience

? Experience: 1–5 Years Preferred

? Requirements:

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ Basic knowledge of CRM software / MS Excel

✅ Strong follow-up and coordination skills

✅ Positive problem-solving abilities

✅ Strong attention to detail and time management skills

? Key Responsibilities:

? Manage and maintain customer database

? Handle customer queries and provide support

? Follow up with leads and existing customers

? Maintain records of customer interactions

? Prepare daily/weekly reports and updates

? Eligibility:

✔️ Graduate in any field

✔️ Strong understanding of customer relationship management
