We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor for a BPO office in Sector 10, Noida. The supervisor will oversee security guards, manage attendance and duty rosters, control entry and exit points, and maintain discipline and security standards at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the deployment and performance of security guards
- Maintain attendance, duty roster, and site registers
- Monitor and control visitor, vehicle, and employee entry and exit
- Conduct regular patrolling and site checks
- Report any incident promptly to the client and the company
- Coordinate with the client's admin and facility team
