We are looking for an experienced C&I; Solar Sales professional to drive business development and customer acquisition across the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) segment.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, customer relationship management and selling solar/renewable energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in the Commercial & Industrial solar segment.
- Identify and develop potential B2B customers through market visits, references, networking and lead generation.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with commercial and industrial customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision-makers and business owners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals and quotations with the internal technical team.




- Follow up regularly with prospects and ensure timely conversion of qualified leads.
- Coordinate with project and technical teams during the pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular business updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements in the solar industry.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in B2B / C&I; sales, preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical or Power industry.
- Valuable understanding of commercial and industrial solar solutions.
- Strong lead-generation and business-development skills.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage customer meetings and sales closures.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and business development.
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach.
