? Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate factory workers and daily production activities.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Inspect production processes and finished products for quality control.
- Train, guide,



and evaluate factory staff.
- Manage shift schedules, attendance, and workforce allocation.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize production downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability.
- Maintain production records and prepare operational reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Diploma holder with minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of factory supervision, manufacturing, fabrication, and production operations.
- Familiarity with sheet metal working and production processes.
- Should be capable of coordinating workers and managing daily factory activities.
- Good understanding of quality, safety, production control, and workforce management.

? Salary & Incentives

- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month, as per skill and experience.
