- Timely Logistics: Safely pick up garments from customers' homes or offices and deliver processed, freshly cleaned laundry back to them within scheduled time slots.
- Garment Handling: Ensure all clothes are handled with the utmost care during transit to maintain our quality standards and prevent wrinkles, damage, or misplacement.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers professionally, verify order details (item count, special instructions) at the time of pickup, and address any basic queries regarding Clenzit's services.
- Payment Collection: Collect payments via Cash or UPI upon delivery and ensure accurate, daily financial settlements with the store manager.
- Route Planning: Efficiently navigate local routes using GPS to ensure on-time deliveries and optimize fuel consumption.

Work closely with the store operations team to update order statuses and report any customer feedback or delivery issues.

Requirements:

- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
