? Job OverviewTii Enterprise is hiring Collection Executives / Telecallers for our Debt Collection team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending dues, following up on payment commitments, and achieving assigned collection targets through professional communication.
- ? Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding pending EMI / overdue payments.
- Follow up regularly with customers for payment commitments.
- Explain outstanding amounts and payment-related information clearly.
- Convince and motivate customers to make timely payments.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate call details, customer responses and PTP (Promise to Pay) in the system.
- Follow up on committed payment dates and broken PTPs.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.
- Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the Team Leader / Senior.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional communication with customers.
- ✅ Candidate RequirementsQualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi / English / Kannada or other regional languages will be an advantage.
- Confident and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to handle customer objections and difficult conversations.
- Candidates with Telecalling / Debt Collection / Loan Recovery / EMI Collection experience will be preferred.
