About the RoleKARgham is looking for a B2B Sales Executive who can generate and convert wholesale/business customers through outbound calling, follow-ups, and relationship building.

This is a target-based sales role for someone who is confident on calls, highly motivated by numbers, and comfortable handling a large volume of leads and follow-ups.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and resellers.
- Introduce KARgham products, pricing, wholesale offers, and business opportunities.
- Generate new B2B leads and convert them into customers.
- Follow up regularly with interested and existing prospects.
- Maintain strong relationships with B2B customers and encourage repeat orders.
- Handle customer queries regarding products, pricing, sizes, minimum order quantities, dispatch, etc.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and fulfilment.
- What We’re Looking ForExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking confidently with customers over the phone.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets or CRM.
- Experience in B2B sales, wholesale, telecalling, garments, fashion, or FMCG will be an advantage.

Performance ExpectationsThis is a target-driven position. Performance will be measured through:

- Number of calls made
- Qualified leads generated
- Follow-ups completed
- Current B2B customers acquired
- Orders/value generated
- Monthly sales target achievement

CompensationSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives

Additional incentives will be linked directly to target achievement and sales performance.
