About ArthaX.aiArthaX.ai is an AI-powered sales execution platform built for businesses that want better control over their sales teams, leads, calls and revenue.

We’re building a bold brand in the B2B SaaS space — and we’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn ideas, conversations and raw footage into content people actually want to watch.

- What You’ll DoEdit short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and ads
- Create high-retention reels around sales, business, AI and entrepreneurship
- Edit founder-led content, podcasts, interviews and customer videos
- Create video ads for Meta and other digital campaigns
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects and visual elements
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form pieces
- Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand the objective behind every video
- Experiment with different hooks, editing styles and formats to improve retention
- Maintain consistency with the ArthaX.ai visual identity
- What We’re Looking ForStrong knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar tools
- Good understanding of short-form content and social media trends
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and retention




- Ability to create strong hooks in the first few seconds
- Understanding of typography, composition, music and sound design
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus
- Ability to work quickly and handle multiple videos every week
- Willingness to experiment and try unconventional creative ideas
- Valuable communication and ability to take feedback
- Bonus PointsExperience editing SaaS, AI, business or startup content
- Experience creating performance marketing videos
- Understanding of Meta Ads creatives
- Basic graphic design skills
- Experience with AI-powered video and creative tools
