Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Read Blueprints: Study technical drawings to find the right dimensions and finish goals.
- Operate Machines: Run cylindrical, surface, or CNC grinding machines to remove tiny layers of material.
- Inspect Parts: Use precision tools like micrometers and calipers to check that parts match exact rules.
- Maintain Equipment: Dress and change worn grinding wheels, add coolant, and clean the machine.
- Follow Safety Rules:
