Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between the sales team and clients to ensure smooth communication and order processing.

Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into sales.

Data & Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of client interactions, calls, and sales updates in MS Excel or CRM software.

Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming customer queries politely and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
