* Counsel leads by explaining course features, advantages, structure, outcomes, and long-term value in Forex trading.
* Address objections and concerns professionally to close the sale.
* Conduct scheduled telephonic or video counselling sessions to convert leads into paid enrollments.
* Maintain accurate lead data using CRM tools or Excel and provide timely follow-ups.
* Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly *call and enrollment targets*.
* Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
