? **Position:** International Telecaller

? **Experience:** 1+ Year preferred

? **Salary:** As per experience & interview

? **Working:** 6 Days

### ? Key Responsibilities

Handle international patient calls and inquiries

Make outbound calls and follow up with leads

Explain IVF/fertility services and assist patients with their queries

Schedule appointments and coordinate with the internal team

Maintain lead records and follow-up status

Work towards calling and appointment targets and book online counsullation

Working in CRM and allocate lead stage wise

### ? What We’re Looking For

✅ Excellent English communication skills

✅ International calling/BPO experience preferred

✅ Healthcare/IVF/Medical Tourism experience is an advantage

✅ Positive convincing and interpersonal skills

✅ Comfortable with international calling hours
