Shraddha Finance Consultancy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager (Secured & Unsecured Loan) to generate business at multiple locations in Maharashtra (Ahilyanagar, Pune, Shirur, etc) and handle end-to-end loan processing. The candidate will be responsible for customer sourcing, cold calling, document collection, and coordination until loan disbursement.

- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and direct sales activities.
- Generate new leads and build solid relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products/services.
- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
- Manage and maintain customer data and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities.
