Job Responsibilities:

- Daily warehouse activities ko supervise karna.
- Staff/helpers ko work allocate karna aur unki productivity monitor karna.
- Loading, unloading, picking, packing aur dispatch activities ko manage karna.
- Stock movement aur inventory records ko maintain karna.
- Daily attendance aur manpower deployment check karna.
- Shift targets ko time par complete karwana.
- Warehouse mein safety, cleanliness aur discipline maintain karna.
- Transporters aur other departments ke saath coordination karna.
- Daily work/shift report prepare karna.
- Kisi bhi operational issue ko senior management tak report karna.

Required Skills:

- Positive communication aur team-handling skills.
- Basic warehouse/logistics knowledge.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Shift mein kaam karne ke liye comfortable hona chahiye.
