Role SummaryJoin our team as a Sales & Marketing Executive / Engineer in the HVAC industry! You will be responsible for driving growth by finding new customers—such as architects, builders, MEP contractors, and corporate offices—who need top-tier air conditioning, ducting, and ventilation solutions.

This is an active field role involving city travel (approx. 70% field work) to meet potential clients, explain our HVAC products/services, conduct site visits, generate digital leads (via WhatsApp & Instagram), negotiate deals, and manage the complete customer onboarding and payment process.

- Key Responsibilities1. Field Sales & Business Development (70% Field Work)Travel across the region to meet potential clients, including architects, builders, MEP contractors, consultants, and corporate office developers.

- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, explain HVAC product features, and offer tailored air conditioning and ventilation solutions.

- Identify and convert new business opportunities across commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects.

- 2. Lead Generation & Digital ProspectingUtilize WhatsApp, Instagram, and digital platforms to generate leads, engage prospects,



and showcase Ductlane’s product portfolio.

- Map decision-makers and follow up promptly on inbound and outbound inquiries.

- 3. Deal Closure, Onboarding & Financial Follow-upNegotiate commercial terms, finalize deals, and manage the complete customer onboarding process.

- Take ownership of payment collection and ensure smooth coordination between the client, accounts, and project execution teams.

- 4. Technical Estimation & Client RelationsAnalyze BOQs, technical drawings, tender documents, and project specifications for ducting, fans, and ADP materials.

- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare techno-commercial quotes and deliver technical presentations.

- Build long-term relationships with key accounts, architects, and site engineers.

- 5. Daily Reporting & TrackingSubmit daily field work and sales activity reports to the management to track pipeline, lead status, and progress against targets.

- Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on sales experience in HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation, ducting, fans, or MEP products.

- Field Mobility: Must own a vehicle with a valid driving license for daily local travel and client visits (70% field work).

- Skills:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Familiarity with digital lead generation (WhatsApp, social media platforms).

- Ability to read BOQs, technical drawings, and HVAC specifications.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
