➢ Identify the client's fitness level and health. ➢ To identify Training needs of members & be responsible for providing a safe & Effective exercise workplace. ➢ To evaluate member fitness needs. ➢ Track clients physical progress ➢ Convert members into Personal Training, ➢ Responsible for the targets provided by the management. ➢ Instruct patrons on effective workout methods by explaining proper techniques & demonstrating appropriate methods of exercises. ➢ Customer Satisfaction to be maintained at high level. I. To maintain the highest level of professional competence in the industry. Exceeding all standards, indices and benchmarks & offer our clients customers the latest and the best in the fitness industry. ➢ Refer to and promote fitness packages and plans. ➢ Carry out First aid & CPR if needed.
Roles & Responsibilities of Personal Trainer
➢ Previous work experience as a fitness trainer. ➢ Knowledge in the human anatomy.
➢ Knowledge of diverse exercise and how to adjust plans according to each client'sneeds. ➢ Ability to instruct and motivate people. ➢ Proven experience of CPR and First Aid. ➢ Adopt a holistic training approach. ➢ Evaluate Member Fitness need. ➢ Responsible for the targets provided by the management. ➢ Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly & safely. ➢ Demonstrate appropriate methods of exercise. ➢ Convert members into Personal Training. ➢ Handle nutrition and health-related questions. ➢ Modify exercises according to client's fitness level. ➢ Assess client's bodily strengths/weakness & create customized workout plans. ➢ Make sure that clients don't get injures while training. Keep update track on client's physical progress.
Work Timings :
Morning Straight Shift :- 5:00 Am to 1:30pm Afternoon Straight Shift :- 1:30pm to 10:30pm Break Shift :- 6.00 to 10.00/ 5.30 to 10.00
