Provide onsite technical support to warehouse employees and staff.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Windows OS, and IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware issues involving RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, mouse, monitor, SMPS, etc.
Support and troubleshoot barcode scanners, handheld devices, thermal/label printers, and other warehouse equipment.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, network connectivity, switches, and network ports.
Install and configure Windows, drivers, MS Office, antivirus, and other required applications.
Perform basic printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Manage IT assets, including asset tagging, inventory, movement, replacement, and stock records.
