Experience: 0–2 Years

Qualification: Any Degree / 12th Pass

Role:

- Promote and sell credit card products through bank-approved channels.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Explain credit card features, eligibility, fees and benefits.
- Complete customer documentation and application formalities.
- Follow up with customers until application completion.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 Take-Home + Incentives

? Team Leader (TL)

Experience: 2–4 Years in Credit Card / Banking / Sales

Role:

- Lead and manage a team of Credit Card Sales Executives.
- Drive daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Provide field/on-floor guidance and sales coaching.
- Track leads, applications and conversions.
- Ensure compliance with bank sales and documentation processes.

Salary: Existing CTC + 25% Hike

Requirement:



Candidates with an existing sales team are preferred.

? Relationship Manager (RM)

Experience: 4–6+ Years in Banking / Credit Card / Financial Sales

Role:

- Manage and grow the credit card acquisition business.
- Drive team performance and business targets.
- Develop customer acquisition strategies and lead-generation channels.
- Monitor team productivity, conversion and portfolio performance.
- Coordinate with bank stakeholders for smooth application processing.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance requirements.

Salary: Existing CTC + 25% Hike

Requirement: Candidates with robust team-handling experience preferred.
