Job RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Executive for our Water Softener division. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer consultation, product demonstrations, and closing sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and conduct field visits to residential and commercial customers.
- Understand customer water-quality requirements and recommend suitable water softener solutions.
- Give clear product briefings and live demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Handle customer queries and explain product features, advantages, and pricing.
- Negotiate and close sales effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with the installation/service team for smooth customer handover.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.





Preferred ExperienceCandidates with sales experience in water treatment / water softener products are preferred.

Experience with brands/products such as:

- ZeroB
- Aquaguard
- Kent
- Aquapure Plus
- 3M Water Softener
- Other water treatment / filtration products
- Skills RequiredGood communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong field-sales and negotiation skills
- Product demonstration ability
- Lead follow-up and sales-closing skills
- Willingness to travel for customer visits
- Experience in residential water treatment sales will be an advantage
