- Supervise daily warehouse operations and manage warehouse staff.
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Oversee daily order processing and order management.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock checks.
- Prepare inventory, order, and warehouse reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Handle computer-based data entry and warehouse documentation.
- Ensure proper product storage, warehouse organization, safety, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely order processing.
- Handle returns, RTOs, stock discrepancies, and other warehouse-related issues.
- Ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.
- Demonstrate valuable communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
