JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Sales & Outstanding Executive

Company: Vin Poly Manufacturing LLP

Location: Madhavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 4–15 Years

Qualification: BA / B.Tech / B.Sc. / Any Graduate

Industry: Manufacturing / Plastic & Polymer Additives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Visit existing and inactive customers to generate re-orders and repeat business.

2. Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and payment recovery.

3. Conduct regular customer visits for payment collection and sales follow-ups.

4. Visit customers for sample testing, product trials, validation, and feedback.

5. Maintain strong customer relationships and improve customer retention.

6. Identify customer requirements and generate repeat orders.

7. Follow up with customers to increase sales and business opportunities.

8. Develop recent customers through New Business Development (NBD) activities.

9. Identify new markets, leads, and potential customers.

10. Conduct regular field visits to generate new sales opportunities.

11. Coordinate with customers regarding products, dispatch, billing, payments, and delivery.

12. Maintain daily records of customer visits, sales follow-ups, collections, outstanding payments,



and re-orders.

13. Coordinate with the internal team regarding pending payments, invoices, dispatches, and customer requirements.

14. Achieve assigned sales and outstanding collection targets.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* 4–15 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Collection, Outstanding Recovery, Business Development, or related roles.

* Qualification: BA / B.Tech / B.Sc. / Any Graduate.

* Robust communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

* Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.

* Experience in payment follow-up and outstanding recovery.

* Ability to generate re-orders and new business.

* Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and daily reporting.

* Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, manufacturing, chemicals, plastics, or polymers will be preferred.
