Restaurant Captain
We are hiring a Restaurant Captain to manage daily floor operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest orders and provide quality service
- Supervise waiters and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup
- Handle guest queries and complaints
- Maintain service and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of restaurant experience
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Presentable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Flexible to work in shifts
