OB TITLE: SALES & FIELD MARKETING MANAGER (FEMALE)

Experience: 1–3 Years in Sales / Field Marketing / Business Development
- Job Responsibilities:Field visits and regular customer meetings in assigned areas.
- Generate new business leads through field marketing and direct customer interaction.
- Visit customers, understand their requirements and explain company products/services.
- Follow up with existing and new customers for quotations, orders and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, contractors, consultants and other business contacts.
- Identify current project opportunities and coordinate with the technical/sales team for quotations.
- Conduct market surveys and collect information about upcoming projects and competitors.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, customer follow-ups and lead status.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, commercial discussions and order execution.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Dehradun, Haridwar, Chandigarh and nearby locations.
- Candidate Requirements:Female candidate preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident and comfortable with field visits and customer meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
- Sales/marketing experience will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable with regular local travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
