Qualification: Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical)
Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Graduate Engineer Trainee for Quality department to support inspection, quality control, and process improvement activities in our automotive manufacturing setup.
- ResponsibilitiesSupport quality inspection (incoming, in-process, and final inspection)
- Assist in identifying defects and root cause analysis
- Work with production and suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Support product and process audits
- Maintain quality records, reports, and KPIs (PPM, rejection, rework)
- Ensure adherence to quality systems (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001)
- Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities
- Support control plans and documentation
- Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of quality inspection and measurement tools
- Understanding of engineering drawings
- Knowledge of metrology and inspection methods
- Basic Excel and data analysis skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Other RequirementsWilling to travel for supplier visits
- Should have own vehicle / driving license
- Ready to work in manufacturing workplace
