? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day hotel operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all hotel departments and services.
- Supervise, manage, and coordinate hotel staff and their performance.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.
- Handle vendor coordination, procurement,



and service-related requirements.
- Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, budgets, and overall business performance.
- Support business development and implement strategies to improve hotel performance.
- Analyse operational and business data to support management decisions.
- Manage room availability, pricing, and yield management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, operational standards, and service procedures.
- Resolve guest concerns and operational issues effectively.
- Prepare and review operational reports for management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience.
- Candidates with 3/4-star hotel experience will be preferred.
- Strong experience in hotel operations, staff management, vendor coordination, and hospitality management.
- Should have valuable communication, leadership, and business management skills.
- Candidates with knowledge of budgeting, business analytics, and yield management will be preferred.
