Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Functional Project Manager with a strong Business Analysis background to manage projects from requirements gathering through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business requirements, stakeholder management, functional analysis, project coordination, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and timelines.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable deliverables.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams.
- Define project scope, milestones, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage client communication, expectations, escalations, and project status updates.
- Facilitate UAT and ensure solutions meet defined business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend effective solutions.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports,



meeting minutes, and functional specifications.
- Ensure effective coordination between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 8+ years of overall experience in Project Management / Business Analysis / Functional Consulting.
- Strong Business Analysis background with experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and solution definition.
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Strong experience in creating BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing project scope, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in IT/software product or services organizations.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or relevant project management certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working with distributed or international teams is preferred.
