1. JOB PURPOSE

To assist the Training & Placement Department in student training, career development, campus recruitment, employer coordination and placement-related documentation.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Student Coordination

- Coordinate student registrations for placement drives.
- Communicate job opportunities, schedules and recruitment instructions.
- Maintain student eligibility and placement records.
- Track student participation and placement status.

Training & Development

- Coordinate aptitude, communication, soft-skills and employability training.
- Maintain training schedules and attendance.
- Assist in career guidance and student development activities.

Recruitment Coordination

- Assist in coordinating campus recruitment drives.
- Coordinate pre-placement talks, tests and interviews.
- Communicate with recruiters as directed by senior TPO staff.
- Support arrangements and logistics for recruitment activities.

MIS & Documentation

- Maintain accurate placement and training databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.




- Update recruitment and placement status regularly.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Essential

- MBA / PGDM from a recognized institution.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to coordinate with students, faculty and companies.

Preferred

- Specialization in HR / Marketing.
- Exposure to recruitment, internships, corporate interaction or student coordination.

6. COMPENSATION

Salary: As per institutional norms, qualification, suitability and relevant experience.
