We are looking for an experienced Manager – Tours & Travels to manage day-to-day travel operations, tour packages, customer relationships, vendor coordination, and sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel operations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a team while ensuring smooth and profitable tour operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily Tours & Travels operations and team activities.
- Handle domestic & international flight bookings, ticketing, cancellations, and modifications.
- Plan and coordinate tour packages, itineraries, quotations, and travel arrangements.
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, complaints, and last-minute travel requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel vendors.
- Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
- Drive sales, bookings, revenue,



and profitability targets.
- Lead and monitor the travel team and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle booking documentation, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and travel-related issues.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of travel operations and flight/ticket booking.
- Experience with domestic & international air ticketing is important.
- Knowledge of tour packages, hotel and transport bookings.
- Solid communication, customer handling, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Team leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel/booking software.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Previous experience in flight ticketing, tour operations, and team management is preferred.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu
