Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter – US Staffing & Bench Management to manage both US IT recruitment and bench sales activities. The role will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates for client requirements while actively marketing and managing bench consultants to identify suitable project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding through candidate placement.
- Review and analyze technical job descriptions to understand required skills, experience, location, work authorization, and other hiring criteria.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, resume databases, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills, experience, communication, availability, location, and work authorization.
- Match candidates' qualifications and experience with client requirements before submission.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

Senior-Level Responsibilities

- Mentor and support Recruiters and Junior Recruiters on sourcing, screening, submission quality,



and recruitment processes.
- Review candidate profiles and provide guidance on candidate-job alignment.
- Monitor team recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, closures, and time-to-fill.
- Assist management in developing effective sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
- Handle escalations related to candidates, interviews, offers, and client requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
- Excellent understanding of the US staffing lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT skill sets.
- Expertise in candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong candidate relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as mentor recruitment team members.

Preferred Knowledge

- US employment types including Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time.
- Understanding of US work authorization categories such as H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizen.
- Understanding of W-2, C2C, and 1099 staffing models.
- Knowledge of US staffing terminology, recruitment processes, and compliance requirements.
