We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Club Co-Ordinator to plan, coordinate, and manage various student clubs and co-curricular activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and event-management skills, with a genuine interest in engaging students beyond the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate various student clubs, activities, competitions, and events.
- Develop engaging activities to encourage student participation and creativity.
- Coordinate with teachers, students, and management for smooth execution of club activities.
- Prepare and maintain club activity calendars, schedules, and reports.
- Organize inter-school competitions, workshops, exhibitions, and special events.
- Encourage students to participate in arts, sports, literature, technology, cultural, and other co-curricular activities.
- Monitor student participation and maintain appropriate records.
- Coordinate resources, venues, materials, and logistics required for activities.




- Ensure activities are conducted in a safe, disciplined, and well-organized manner.
- Support the school in developing a vibrant student activity and club culture.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in school activities, event coordination, student engagement, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creative, energetic, and confident in interacting with students.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and events simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in school clubs, cultural activities, events, or extracurricular programs will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
