1. Positive communication and negotiation skills

2. A minimum of 1 year experience in international call centre preferably outbound / lead generation and sales

3. ⁠B2B experience holders stand good lucrative package

4. ⁠Rounds of Interviews - 2 in total

5. ⁠Joining ASAP - September 1st week

6. ⁠Australian process - shift timings 5 am to 2 pm - with 30 mins lunch break and 15 mins cheer up break

7. Salary range - 20k to 40k

8. ⁠qualifications - graduate
