Business Development Executive – IT Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in IT Sales/B2B Software Services to generate leads, pitch IT solutions, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Pitch IT/software services to prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service discussions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain lead and client records in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for project requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:





- Graduate with 60%+ throughout academics (10th, 12th & Graduation).
- 6 months–1.5+ years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and lead-tracking tools.
- Basic understanding of IT services such as web/app development and software solutions.
- B2B/software services sales experience is preferred.
- Mumbai candidates only and candidates comfortable with Work From Office.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice preferred.
