Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing interior fit-out and execution works at project sites, ensuring that all activities are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, project timelines, and safety requirements. The Site Supervisor coordinates with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution

- Supervise day-to-day interior construction and fit-out activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain work schedules.
- Coordinate site activities with designers, project managers, and contractors.

Quality Control

- Inspect workmanship and materials used on site.
- Ensure finishing works meet company quality standards.
- Identify defects and arrange corrective actions promptly.

Workforce Management

- Supervise carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and other site workers.
- Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
- Maintain attendance and daily work records.

Material Management

- Verify material deliveries and quantities.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for material requirements.

Client & Vendor Coordination

- Attend site meetings with clients and consultants.




- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.

Safety Compliance

- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and site regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any accidents or safety concerns immediately.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain site records, measurements, and inspection reports.
- Report project delays, issues, and solutions to management.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret interior drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,393.54 per month
