Accountant Location: Vin Nagar, Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu Department: Finance & Accounts Reports to: Finance Manager / Management Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations for our solid tyre manufacturing and export business, including bookkeeping, GST/tax compliance, banking, and export documentation support. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts (purchases, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries) in Tally/ERP Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ) and handle TDS deductions/returns Manage accounts payable and receivable; follow up on payments and outstanding (Internal) Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor/customer accounts monthly Assist with export-related documentation — invoices, packing lists, LC/BRC, and coordination with CHA/forwarders on shipment costing. Support preparation of monthly reports, cash flow statements, and budget vs.



actual analysis Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits Process payroll inputs, PF/ESI compliance, and employee reimbursements Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other statutory regulations Requirements B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / ICWA Inter (or equivalent) 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or export-oriented company. Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and export documentation (LC, BRC, shipping bills) Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Robust communication skills in Tamil and English *Based on performance and skill assessment, the role will be assigned after a 1–3 month evaluation period.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
