We’re Hiring – Marketing Head

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to join our team and lead the overall marketing function.

Location: Safidon, Jind, Haryana

Work Model: Hybrid – Travel between Safidon (Jind) and Rai (Sonipat)

Experience: 12–15 Years

Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA

Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory

Preferred Background: FMCG, Food, Agri, Poultry, Consumer Goods or Retail.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead overall marketing strategy and brand positioning

* Handle ATL, BTL, Digital, Trade Marketing, PR & Events

* Drive brand building, GTM strategies and marketing campaigns

* Manage consumer insights, market research and competitor analysis

* Work closely with Sales and Business Heads

* Manage agencies, vendors,



budgets and campaign ROI

* Lead and build a strong marketing team

* Drive retail activations, merchandising and on-ground marketing initiatives

* Extensive travel across markets and business locations
