Store Keeper cum Delivery Boy

A store keeper manages, organizes, and tracks inventory within a storeroom, warehouse, or retail facility to ensure smooth daily operations.

Receiving and Inspecting Goods

- Unload deliveries: Receive incoming shipments of supplies, raw materials, or products.
- Inspect items: Check deliveries for damage, defects, or missing quantities.
- Verify paperwork: Match physical items against purchase orders, invoices, or delivery notes.

Inventory and Stock Control

- Record stock data: Enter incoming and outgoing items into a computerized inventory management system or warehouse management system.
- Monitor stock levels: Track inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking, and reorder supplies when items run low.
- Conduct audits: Perform routine physical stock counts and cycle counts to match book balances with actual inventory.

Organization and Storage

- Shelve and label:



Place goods in designated storage areas, racks, or shelves with proper labels and pricing.
- Maintain safety: Keep the storage facility clean, organized, and secure according to health regulations.
- Rotate stock: Apply the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to ensure older stock is used or sold first, and dispose of expired or damaged goods.

Issuing and Shipping

- Distribute materials: Issue supplies or stock to authorized staff or departments.
- Prepare orders: Pick, pack, and wrap products for outgoing shipment or customer delivery.
- Record issues: Document all outgoing materials to maintain accurate accountability records.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
