About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Operator to support our day-to-day operational activities, including parcel handling, stock management, weighing of goods, client coordination, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, check, and verify jewellery parcels received from clients.
- Accurately weigh incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain and update daily stock records.
- Check quantities, weights, and details against relevant documents.
- Coordinate with clients regarding parcel receipts, order details, and other requirements.
- Maintain proper records of received and dispatched parcels.
- Coordinate with factory, sales, and other internal departments.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure all jewellery and stock-related records are updated accurately and on time.




- Follow company procedures for handling and recording jewellery goods.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in back-office, inventory, stock handling, or jewellery operations preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle jewellery/valuable goods responsibly.
- Freshers with good computer and communication skills may also be considered.
