Job Title: Telecaller – Driver Recruitment
Job Summary:
The role involves outbound calling, explaining job opportunities, addressing driver queries, consistent follow-ups, and coordinating the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, recruitment, or a similar voice-process role.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and smartphones.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
