- Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication written/verbal skills.
- Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements.
- Assist with routine and periodic benefit plan audits.
- Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts(5:30Pm- 3:00AM)
- Candidate should be comfortable with 5 days work from office.
- Candidate should have valuable communication skills.
