The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and support of payroll solutions in global enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors ECP solutions.
- Manage EC-to-ECP replication and workforce integration processes.
- Configure payroll schemas, wage types, payroll posting, and FI integration.
- Support Employee-Business Partner (EE-BP) synchronization and data replication activities.
- Configure Payroll Control Center, payroll validation, reconciliation, and payroll operations.
- Support Time Management processes including work schedules, absences, attendance, and payroll impact analysis.
- Troubleshoot payroll processing issues, replication failures, and integration incidents.
- Execute SIT, UAT, payroll parallel testing, cutover, and post-go-live support activities.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, Integration, and Business stakeholders.
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and process improvement recommendations.
