The team

The Deloitte PI&RS; team consist of highly skilled and experienced professionals dedicated to providing clients with customized investment banking, restructuring, insolvency services. Our team of client focused industry leaders is committed to working to address the range of client transactions.

It advises clients ranging from government clients, entrepreneurially-owned businesses, corporates, private equity, and institutional investors to governments, management teams, and individuals.

Your work profile

As a Manager in the PI&RS; team you will focus on (a) Business Development and (b) management and delivery of client engagements. In this role, the person is also expected to lead team to deliver exceptional client service.

- End to end execution of assignment mandated involving investment facilitation and investment promotion
- Advice on issues pertaining to Investment Promotion/Investment Facilitation across the project life cycle
- Review market collaterals and guide the team though all stages the transaction or project execution phase
- Primary point of contact for Clients and responsible for Client management
- High commitment to learn and deliver across the transaction lifecycle.




- Assist the team and show extremely high level of commitment for driving transaction / project closures
- Support business Development in the agreed sectors and services.

Key skills required:

- Postgraduate in Management / MBA or equivalent
- Minimum 12 years of total experience with at least 5 years of consulting experience with Central/State Government/ PSU /Foreign Government/ Leading industries or MNCs in preferably in ESDM and Semiconductor sector.
- In depth Knowledge of ESDM, Semiconductor and Space Tech Sector including markets, trends, investments into India across sector / sub-sectors.
- Should have experience of investment promotion projects including investment promotion strategy/facilitation, policy formulation & implementation, marketing co-laterals, knowledge management, implementation etc.
- Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and risk management
- Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
- Good understanding of govt policy documents
- Ability to multitask on multiple engagements
- Fluency in written & verbal English
- Robust work ethic and positive attitude
