Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, REST API integrations, and access governance.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
Configure and support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle events.
Develop and maintain Transforms, Workflows, Rules, Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, and Roles.
Onboard enterprise applications using out-of-the-box connectors and REST APIs.
Configure provisioning and deprovisioning processes for target applications.
Integrate SailPoint ISC with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
Develop and consume REST APIs, JSON payloads, and web services for application integrations.
Configure and manage Access Requests, Certifications, RBAC, SoD policies, and Governance Groups.
Troubleshoot provisioning failures, aggregation issues, connector errors, and identity correlation problems.
Support production deployments, incident resolution, and performance optimization.
Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Business teams to gather IAM requirements and deliver solutions.
Create technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.





Required Skills

4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
(ISC/IdentityNow). Strong understanding of: Identity Lifecycle Management (JML) , Access Certifications , Access Requests , Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) , Provisioning & Deprovisioning , Identity Governance
Hands-on experience with:
o Application Onboarding
o REST APIs
o JSON
o SailPoint Transforms
o Workflows
o Identity Profiles
o Access Profiles
o Governance Groups
Experience integrating applications using REST, SCIM, LDAP, JDBC, and
standard SailPoint connectors.
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP,
Workday, or other HR systems.
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, and authentication protocols.
Familiarity with Agile methodology, Git, and CI/CD.
Good to Have
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
Experience with PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript scripting.
Knowledge of ServiceNow integration.
Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
SailPoint certifications (ISC Engineer, IdentityNow, or IdentityIQ) are preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field.
Relevant SailPoint or IAM certifications are an added advantage.
