Act as an Oracle Fusion Cloud techno-functional consultant responsible for reports, integrations, data migration, extensions, and production support across Financials, SCM, and HCM.
Work with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate reporting and technical requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
Design, develop, and support BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses and dashboards, HCM Extracts, interfaces, scheduled processes, and Smart View or Financial Reporting outputs where applicable.
Develop and support FBDI, ADFdi, HDL/HSDL, HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, spreadsheet-based loads, and REST/SOAP integrations, with basic knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Create SQL queries, data extracts, data models, RTF/eText templates, bursting configurations, mappings, and reconciliation reports, with basic PL/SQL knowledge.
Support Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax, and Projects.
Support SCM modules including Procurement, Supplier Management, Inventory, Order Management, Costing, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Receiving.
Support HCM modules including Global HR, Workforce Structures, Absence, Compensation, Talent, and related workforce data.
Prepare technical designs, report specifications, mapping documents, unit-test scripts, deployment instructions,



and support documentation.
Perform validation, reconciliation, defect analysis, and troubleshooting across reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions.
Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, quarterly release validation, and production issue resolution.
Follow development, security, version-control, deployment, and quality standards while coordinating with functional, integration, data, testing, and business teams.
Required Expertise
Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud techno-functional development and implementation experience across Financials, SCM, and HCM.
Solid knowledge of BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, SQL, XML, RTF/eText templates, data models, bursting, dashboards, and report scheduling.
Working knowledge of FBDI, ADFdi, HDL/HSDL, HCM Data Loader, REST/SOAP services, and file-based interfaces, with basic knowledge of OIC and PL/SQL.
Functional understanding of key Financials, SCM, and HCM business processes and underlying data and reporting requirements.
Experience with data extraction, conversion, validation, reconciliation, testing, deployment, and production support.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.
