Description
The Apprentice – People, Culture and Capability will join USGI Legal Entity’s Talent and Capability department, providing hands‑on support for learning management, training coordination, data reporting, and internal communications. This entry‑level role offers exposure to HR processes, Oracle LMS, and capability development while contributing to a vibrant employee experience.

Responsibilities

- Assist in designing, uploading, and maintaining LMS courses in Oracle.
- Create and update (MIS) reports for training activities.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, invitations, and closure communications.
- Track and analyze training effectiveness metrics and prepare summary reports.
- Design and produce flyers for learning programs.
- Support the Talent and Capability team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Maintain employee capability records and ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives as directed.




- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the People, Culture and Capability function.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle LMS or similar learning platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and present data in a explicit manner.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of talent development and training concepts.
- Enthusiasm for learning, HR practices, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
