Customer Support / Calling Executives

We are hiring 2 Calling / Customer Support Executives – 1 Male & 1 Female for Maxima Solutions, Hyderabad.

Key Requirements:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Voice Process, Inside Sales, or similar roles.
n
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Strong experience in handling customer calls, understanding requirements, resolving queries, and maintaining professional conversations.
n
- Should be confident, polite, patient, and comfortable handling high-volume calls.
n
- Good active listening and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to follow up with customers and maintain proper call records.
n
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems is preferred.
n
- Candidates should have a skilled attitude and valuable command of English.
