About the Role

n

n
- We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead financial controllership, accounting, reporting, compliance and audit functions for a fast-growing business.
n
- The role will require strong hands-on ownership of financial reporting, month-end closure, statutory compliance, internal controls and finance processes, along with the ability to work closely with senior management and business teams.
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own P, BalanceSheet, Cash Flow and month-endclosing.
n
- Drive accurateand timely financialreporting and MIS.
n
- Ensure compliancewith Ind AS, CARO, ICFR, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, PF and Skilled Tax.
n
- Manage StatutoryAudit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit and LimitedReviews.
n
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and other externalstakeholders.
n
- Manage accounting controls, reconciliations, provisions and financial governance.
n
- Handle tax/statutory matters and litigations.
n
- Drive ERP implementation, finance automation and process improvements.
n
- Partner with business teams to improvefinancial discipline,



working capital and reporting.
n
- Provide financialinsights and analysisto support managementdecision-making.
n

Required Experience & Skills

n

n
- Chartered Accountant with 7–12 years of relevantexperience.
n
- Strong experience in financial accountingand controllership.
n
- Strong understanding of P, BalanceSheet and Cash Flow.
n
- Hands-on experiencewith month-end closure, audits and statutory compliances.
n
- Strong Excel and ERP skills.
n
- Experience in IT/ITES, technology, infrastructure, data centre, cloud or high-growth servicesis preferred.
n
- Experience handling finance for a ■100+ Cr servicesbusiness or ■200+ Cr goods/business environment preferred.
n
- Strong ownership, analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
n
- Demonstrated ability to improve finance processesand deliver measurable business outcomes.
n
