Role Purpose

n

To build a pipeline of young sales talent through the Kajaria Sales Leadership Program, with deployment in the respective target location and structured onboarding, plant exposure and performance evaluation.

Sales Target Achievement

- Work towards assigned sales targets and business objectives for the allocated location.
n

Market & Customer Engagement

n

- Support sales activities and customer/market engagement within the assigned territory.
n

n

Territory Execution

n

n




- Develop understanding of the assigned market and execute sales activities in the target location.
n

n

Business Coordination & Reporting

n

n
- Maintain required sales updates and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders.
n

n

Learning & Development

n

n
- Complete the structured orientation, display exposure and plant training as part of the program.
n
- Demonstrate learning and role readiness during the evaluation period.
n

Eligibility Criteria

n

n
- 0–3 years of work experience.
n
- Candidate should be below 28 years of age.
n
- Sales experience / background; candidates may be considered from any industry provided the experience is in Sales.
n
- Base location should be the same as the target location.
n
- Smart, presentable and fluent in the relevant local language; average English communication skills are acceptable.
